In a new video for my “Grub & Gab” series that I’m posting on YouTube, I decided to make a fancyfied version of my Electric Lemon Bars. It’s a really simple and super easy addition, but creates a delicious twist to a classic dessert.
All you have to do is add put a layer of jam on the crust before pouring over the lemon filling and baking.
Really, it’s that simple. If you don’t believe me, you can watch my video and see!
As for the type of jam you want to use? It’s up to you! I’m a huge fan of strawberry or blueberry, since it reminds me of delicious flavored lemonade. But you can put whatever your favorite is.
