While I was home in December, I ended up filming a series of short videos with recipes for HMSA’s Well-Being Hawaii blog and website. For those of you that don’t know, HMSA is a health insurance provider in Hawaii. A good friend of mine, Fernando, produces content for Well-Being Hawaii and asked if I could share some recipes.
He and I ended up filming several recipes and the first of those went up! It’s a cilantro lime salad dressing that’s also good as a topping for burritos, tacos, or nachos and as a dip for veggies, chips, or crackers. If this recipe seems familiar, it’s an adapted version of my Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dressing that I’ve shared before. You can get the recipe for that one by clicking here.
You can watch the video and read the new recipe on Well-Being Hawaii’s website by clicking here. Though I can’t take all the credit as Fernando is an amazing videographer, editor, and producer. And I can’t thank him and HMSA enough for allowing me to share recipes through their blog’s website.
